Rotary club Patiala Greater honour Covid warriors-Inderjit Singh

Today District Governor of Rotary District 3090 came on his official visit to Rotary Club Patiala Greater. He was given a warm welcome by Rohit Mahesumpuri, President of the club and Dr Inderjit Singh, Secretary along with club members H.N. Mahesumpuri, Amit Jain (coming Secretary), Karamjit Singh, Inder Kumar (Naib Tehsidar) and others. The President thanked Governor on providing PPE Kits and masks under emergency project Covid-19 of the Rotary International Foundation.
He also apprised The Governor regarding various projects undertaken by the club during the year 2019-20 such as Blood Donation camp, Tree Plantation, Medical camps, Free distribution of ration, Free fans provided to Govt Schools etc., which was highly appreciated by Governor.
On this occasion the Governor gave batches to new members of club namely Amit Jain, Karamjit Singh, Inder Kumar and also congratulated Dr Inderjit Singh for becoming the next President of the club as well as Amit Jain, the next Secretary of the club and also gave his good wies to take the club to new height.
Later the club also gave 500 masks to Acchru Kumar Sharma, DSP (Traffic), Patiala for distribution among the traffic police personals who are at great risk of Covid-19.
