Few hours ago, News Portal royalpatiala.in had highlighted the problems faced by Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) pensioners in filing their mandatory ‘Alive Certificate’ digitally.

Acting swiftly, the powercom management resolves the issue.

Powercom senior functionary informed that “ because of some technical glitches Jeevan  pramaan portal and NRI portals links remained suspended for some time …but the matter has been resolved now…All pensioners are again requested to feel free to submit your alive certificate digitally…

1)Visit www.pspcl.in>Pensioners>Digital alive certificate>Download Jeevan Pramaan and AadhaarFaceRD apps https://pspcl.in/instrructions.aspx.

2)Visit www.pspcl.in>Pensioners >Pensioners login with password>submit alive certificate>upload alive certificate duly attested by notary public/high commission.

Earlier, on April 2,2024 Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) has issued instructions to all its pensioners to submit their annual mandatory ‘Alive Certificate’, digitally. Powercom has also issues the instructions to pensioners living abroad to digitally submit their ‘Alive Certificate’
