Rupnagar district BJP President Ajayvir Singh Lalpura had a significant meeting with Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal in New Delhi. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss issues related to law and order in Punjab and other various problems.
Lalpura apprised Law Minister Meghwal of the current situation in Punjab and drew his attention to various prevailing issues in the state. He explained the steps that could be taken to improve the law and order situation in Punjab and what kind of assistance is required from the central government.
During the discussion, Ajayvir Singh Lalpura also engaged in an in-depth discussion on rising crime rates, drug problems, unemployment, and farmers’ issues in Punjab.
Arjun Ram Meghwal listened to Lalpura earnestly and assured him that the central government would provide all possible assistance to resolve Punjab’s problems. He emphasized that the central government is committed to the safety and prosperity of the people of Punjab and will take all necessary steps.
During the meeting, the leaders also discussed issues beyond law and order, such as education, health, and development. Lalpura raised the issue of the lack of basic amenities in rural areas of Punjab and requested central assistance for its resolution.
