Rupnagar Press Club celebrates Lohri with great enthusiasm

Rupnagar Press Club celebrated Lohri festival with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm. Rupnagar MLA Advocate Dinesh Chadha attended the function as chief guest along with his family. Chadha extended Lohri greetings to the members of the Press Club and praised the media of Rupnagar, saying that the journalist community of Rupnagar always plays a constructive role, even if it is critical. MLA Chadha also extended Lohri greetings to all the countrymen and also mentioned the development works being done in the Rupnagar constituency.
Senior Vice President of the Municipal Council Inderpal Singh Raju Satyal also extended festival greetings to everyone. Earlier, Press Club President Satnam Singh Satti welcomed everyone and informed about the importance of Lohri festival and gave a warm welcome to the club members and their families.
Club patron and former president Bahadurjeet Singh thanked everyone involved in the event. On this occasion, Honorary Member Baghel Singh, MD Ropar Property and Builders, Lakhwinder Singh Mithu, MD of Grand Orchard , GS Estate and HMT Rupnagar, Rajesh Vasudeva Owner Vikrant Hotel, Associate Member of the Club and former President of the Municipal Council Paramjit Singh Makkar also extended Lohri greetings to everyone.
Madam Aditi, Development Officer District Rupnagar, attached to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, also participated in the event along with her family. The Lohri fire ceremony was also performed by the club members and their families.
General Secretary of the Club Tejinder Singh also spoke on the occasion. During the function the club’s patron and former president Vijay Sharma, former president Ajay Agnihotri, senior vice president Jagjit Singh Jaggi, vice president Kamaldeep Singh Bharaj, joint secretary Rajan Vohra, cashier Surjit Singh Gandhi, executive members Sarabjit Singh Kaka, Jagmohan Singh Ghanauli, Rajinder Saini, Jasvir Singh Bawa Bharatgarh, Jasvir Singh Ghanouli, Sham Lal Bains, Amit Arora, Amarpal Singh Bains, Sumit Pasricha, Gurpreet Singh Handal, Kulwant Singh Charlie, KC Rana, Moonpreet, Prince, Karan and other members and their families were present.
