SAD leader son thrashed by his own family; family booked under various sections

Shiromani Akali dal leader from Patiala Musa Khan’s minor son Shah Masood is trashed by his own relatives, at his residence.
On the complaint of Shah Masood, Patiala police has booked Chand Bibi, Atif Khan son of Issa Khan, Seela wife of Maqsood under section 323 (for voluntarily causing hurt),341 (Whoever wrongfully restrains any person), 506 506 (for criminal intimidation), 34 (When a criminal act is done by several persons in furtherance of the common intention) IPC.
As per Musa Khan’s wife Amanpreet Kaur alias Ayesha Khan “I had a marital dispute with my husband Musa Khan. A FIR under section 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement) , 323 (for voluntarily causing hurt) , 506 (for criminal intimidation), 498-A (Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) IPC, at Civil Lines Police Station Patiala has already been registered against him at civil lines police station. Me and my minor son Shah Massod are living at first floor of our residence in Malwa Colony. My husband’s relatives are residing at ground floor. My sister-in-law who is a Canadian citizen, my brother-in-law’s son are residing at ground floor.”
SAD leader son thrashed by his own family; booked under various sections. Musa Khan’s wife Amanpreet Kaur alias Ayesha Khan further added that “when my son goes down stairs, they trashed my minor son. He got injuries on his body parts. I got his CT scan, ultrasound done. We, me and my son are living in a terror atmosphere.”
Musa Khan, a close aide of former Anandpur Sahib MP and senior Akali Dal leader Prof Prem Singh Chandumajra. As per available information he also holds the posts of President of the Muslim wing Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Malwa. He is a President of Al-Muslim-A –Punjab, organization floated by him. He is also trying to get assembly ticket for the upcoming assembly elections from Malerkotla.
