Scholar Fields celebrated 72th Independence Anniversary
Patiala- Independence Day was celebrated with great pomp and show in the premises of scholar fields public school, wearing patriotic look, decorated with tri-coloured buntings and balloons. The day started with a special assembly to mark the energy and development of Liberal Era.
The enthralling display of school bond by the students marked the beginning of the day. The theme of the Independence Day , which echoed in the air was, ” I am Indian.” Around 100 student’s participated in a cultural bonanza of various activities to show case their talents, such as Declamation, Patriotic Singing and choreography, Poetry Recitation and face painting children clad in colours of National Flag looked very beautiful.
The flag hoisting ceremony was performed by Scholar Fields Public School Director, S.S. Sodhi. The honor to the nation and freedom fighters was paid by the verses of national anthem. School Principal Chandandeep Kaur, delivered a impactful message that the real freedom lies in valuing it, we must safeguard our country from social evils so as to playback the worthy efforts of our national heroes winners were honoured and the jubilation was shared with sweets distribution. Students participated with full enthusiasm.
