Scholar Field Public School Patiala has continued its victory run in Interschool Sports Competition held at district and state levels in the last trimester. The students  participated in various competitions in different categories and brought laurels to our school. The victory march began in August when Sukhreet Jhinger and IsneetAulakh won silver medals in shooting at district level. Sukhber Singh of Class XI bagged bronze medal at district level wrestling. Ravneet kaur of class XII Commerce added another booty by winning gold medal at district level in Boxing Competition held at Polo Ground Patiala.

October has been the month of Athletics and  Cricket matches. Rishita (class VII) and Harmanjot Kaur (class IX) won gold medals in Discus Throw in Patiala zone. In senior category (Boys) Ashrampreet Singh (XI) won silver medal in Discus throw (zone). In zonal competition shortput Harmanjot of (IX) brought gold medal in Junior category held at B.N. Khalsa School Patiala . Boys Abhimanyu of class VIII brought bronze. In Javeline throw Ranbir Singh of class XI added another gold whilst –Manmohan Singh has proved  mettle in 100 mtr race by bringing a silver medal to school.

After the competitions at zonal level students were lauded for their praiseworthy performances at district level too . Manmohan Singh of class XI, improved his own record by bagging gold medal at district level in 100 mtr race held at Multipurpose School, Patiala .On the other hand, in Javelin throw Ranbir Singh got a bronze medal at district level. Karan of class XI , proved his caliber by winning gold medal at district and state level in cricket held in Patiala and Hoshiarpur respectively. The winners were felicitated by the School Management Committee in a special function held in school to honour them . The Director of school S.S. Sodhi and Chairman Surinder Singh Chadha were present on the occasion and applauded the efforts of sports teacher Sukhmeet Singh Speaking on the occasion Vice Principal Bindu Kohli congratulated them to perform better and keep the flag of Scholar Fields Public school flying high.
