Senior police officers hold meetings with marriage palace owners of Rupnagar

Today Senior Police Officers of district Rupnagar held special meetings with the owners/managers of Marriage Palaces of different areas and instructed them not to allow people to enter with weapons and ensure that there is no incident of celebratory firing on the occasion of marriages or other functions.
If any such incident takes place or someone defies the orders issued by Deputy Commissioner then it should be brought to the notice of local police. They were also requested to deploy private security guards and gave other necessary instructions .
