Senior Punjab IPS officer empanelled for central deputation

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved empanelment of 30 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers for holding posts at the Centre at the level of Additional Director General (ADG) /ADG Eq.

Out of these 30, one Punjab cadre IPS officer Nilabh Kishore, IPS has been empanelled for ADG/ ADG Eq. posr. Presently Kishore is ADGP ranked officer and is heading Punjab Police anti narcotics task force (ANTF)

At present 15 IPS officers from DGP to AIG/ SSP level officers are on central deputation and many including DGP Gaurav Yadav, Special DGP AS Rai are already empanelled for central deputation
