Seven year old missing boy case cracked by Patiala police; shocked as accused reveal the motive

Patiala police have cracked the mystery of missing child Sahil Kumar of Khalsa Nagar Colony case and have arrested the accused Lakhwinder Singh.
Varun Sharma, Superintendent of Police City, Patiala police in a press conference disclosed that ‘the father of a seven-year-old boy Jatinderpal Gautam has reported the missing complaint of his seven year old son. The father informed that he has three sons and his younger son is missing since December 10. He further disclosed that Sahil along with two of his siblings had gone to a wedding function , near their house . Around 11 pm my elder children told me that they had lost sight of Sahil and could not found him on the venue. ”
The police registered a case No. 87 dated December, 11, 2019 at Bakshiwala police station under section 365, 34. SSP Patiala Mandeep Singh Sidhu immediately formed two teams under the command of SP City Varun Sharma and SP Investigation Harmeet Singh Hundal The team comprises Patiala CIA incharge Shaminder Singh, SHO Bakshiwala SI Pardeep Bajwa, SHO Tripuri SI Harjinder Singh and In charge Centaury enclave Police post Rajandeep kaur.
The investigating team remained stationed for two days at Bakshiwala Police Station and investigated the matter thoroughly from all angels, in technical manner. They thoroughly checked the video of the marriage, contacted the person who did catering, the guest, DJ from where the child goes missing. They even searched the nearby area of Bhakhra canal.
On enquiring from his elder son, he disclosed that on the intervening night of December 10-11 , Lahwinder Singh , who is playing the DJ in the marriage stopped him and his other brothers to collect the money from the dance floor and asked them to sit a side. Then Lakhwinder Singh (DJ Uncle) asked him (elder son) “to go to his home and to keep his mobile phone at the home”. When I returned back I saw my younger brother was missing and not sitting there.
Then police investigated Lakhwinder Singh (person who plays DJ in the marriage), he admitted that he gave Rs 100/- to the little boy and take him to an isolated place near Bhakhra canal and their he did unnatural sex with him. After committing the crime strangulated the boy on the spot, with a fear that the boy will unrevealed the truth. He immediately throws the body of the boy in the Bhakra canal and came back.
Sharma said section 302, 377, 506, section 6 of POSCO Act was added in the FIR. He further said we will further interrogate him after taking police remand from the court.
A team of divers were also pressed into service to locate the body from Bhakra
