‘Shashwat’ Scholar Fields Public School Bids Farewell to Class XII Students

A grand, extremely emotional, dignified, and memorable farewell ceremony, Shashwat, was organised on 6th February at Scholar Fields Public School, Patiala, marking the conclusion of the academic session for the Class XII students. The theme of the occasion, “Cultural Heritage,” offered a vivid glimpse into India’s rich traditions and legacy.
The commencement of the program began with a heartfelt welcome of the guests and students through a shower of soft petals by the class twelfth students and a mesmerizing bhangra performance to the resonating beats of the dhol. The venue seemed to be flowing with a triveni (confluence) of joy, affection and laughter. The students, adorned in traditional attire, brought the theme to life with great finesse and aesthetic sense.

The energetic bhangra presented by the class eleventh students filled the entire atmosphere with zeal and enthusiasm, while the melodious presentation by the music teachers added a special charm and vibrancy to the event. To make the program even more enjoyable, various entertaining games were organized, in which all the class twelfth students participated enthusiastically.
On this occasion, the students were honoured with various titles and honour tags. Tanman Singh was bestowed with the prestigious title of Scholar and Avneet Kaur with Scholar.
Sahilpreet Singh was declared Scholar First Runner-Up and Divyanshi Mahajan as First Runner-Up, while Danish and Namneet Kaur attained the honour of Second Runner-Up.

In addition, special titles like Best Speaker, Best Dressed and Best Comedian were also conferred.
The school Principal, Chandandeep Kaur, addressing the students, advised them to imbibe virtues in life, to keep moving forward steadily on the path of discipline and dedication, and to become a source of inspiration for society. The Head Girl of the school presented a heartfelt vote of thanks.
The program concluded with cake cutting and the felicitation ceremony, which was presided over by the members of the school management committee. On this occasion, the students were presented with bouquets and mementos as a mark of appreciation. The ceremony concluded, leaving all those present with unforgettable memories.
