Singer-Rapper Shubhneet Singh aka Shubh issues statement after cancellation of his tour

The Canada-based singer, rapper Shubhneet Singh aka Shubh, who was scheduled to perform in several cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi, and Kolkata over the next two months was cancelled on Wednesday (September 20), days after he made headlines for his alleged support for Khalistan and separatists.
He was also listed among the headliners of a cruise festival scheduled later this week aboard Cordelia Cruises in Mumbai.
Today, after the upcoming tour of Punjabi singer and rapper Shubhneet Singh, popularly known by his stage name ‘Shubh’, was cancelled, few minutes ago he shared his statement on his official Instagarm page “As a young rapper-singer hailing from Punjab, India, it was my life’s dream to put my music on an international dais. But the recent happenings have tumbled my hard work and progress , and I wanted to say a few words to express my dismay and sorrow. I am extremely disheartened by the cancellation of my tour in India. I was highly amped up and enthusiastic to perform in my country, in front of my people. The preparations were in full swing and I was practicing with my heart and soul for the last two months. And I was very excited, happy, and ready to perform. But I guess destiny had some other plans.”
