Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University Commemorates Gurta Gaddi Diwas with Devotion

Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, observed Gurta Gaddi Diwas of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with deep reverence. The students and faculty of Educational Social Welfare Society and the Department of Education recited a Sukhmani Sahib Path to celebrate the sacred day.
Faculty, students, and staff participated in the soulful recitation of Sukhmani Sahib followed by Ardas, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Prof. Pritpal Singh, Vice Chancellor, said the day reminds us of the Guru’s eternal wisdom guiding humanity towards compassion, righteousness, and unity. Prof. Sukhwinder Singh Billing, Dean Academic Affairs, appreciated the Department of Education for organizing the event with devotion and for promoting moral and spiritual values among students.
The celebrations concluded with Guru Ka Langar, symbolizing equality, service, and togetherness. The occasion served as a reminder to walk in the light of the Guru’s timeless teachings.
