The total built up area will be 1.5 lakh square feet; 20% of the Park Street project has been leased out so far. In addition to multiplex and the most scrumptious food in Tricity at the food court Epicuria, the project also has a concept of drive through. All the units at Park Street will face 200 feet wide Mohali International Airport Road and the project will have six floors including basement as well as adequate parking space for more than 200 cars.
