To promote industry in Punjab, CM to launch Whatsapp number, email for suggestions

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann is going to launch a whatsapp number 81948-91948, email id ([email protected]) for the Punjab industry, asking them to send their suggestions, ideas for strengthening the industry in the state.
As per available information, the state government is seriously thinking to recover, strengthen the local industries and to solve their problems on priority basis. It is going to ask the industries to send their suggestions directly to the chief minister at the Whatsapp number of through the email id.
The Chief Minister said that the Punjab government is the only one across the country which frame policies as per the advice of the stakeholders. Citing examples, he said that the state government had sought views of people for implementing schemes of free power, Aam Aadmi Clinics and Canal water to the masses. Bhagwant Mann said that the result is in front of everyone as around 90% people are getting zero bills, nearly 35 lakh people have availed free treatment in Aam Aadmi Clinics and after 40 years canal water has reached in the villages at the tail end of the state.
The Chief Minister said that in order to put the state on a high growth trajectory of economic growth, the state government has decided to give impetus to the industry in Punjab. He said that the motive is to emerge Punjab as a hub of industrial growth so that youth of the state can get maximum employment opportunities. Bhagwant Mann said that along with bringing new projects of industry in the state, the state government will also provide an industrial friendly atmosphere to the existing industrial units so that they can expand their operations in the state.

He said that these valuable suggestions will help the state government to frame policies for promoting industry in Punjab. Bhagwant Mann said that the state government is committed for making Punjab a frontrunner state in industrial growth.
