Trade Unionist Vinod Sharma given farewell

Renowned Trade Unionist and social activist Vinod Sharma, General Secretary, All India Bank Officers’ Association, Vice President, Oriental Bank Officers’ Association (NZ), Joint Secretary AIBOA & General Secretary, Janhit Samiti Patiala attained superannuation and was given a massive farewell today at Harpal Tiwana, Auditorium, Patiala. On this occasion Com. S. Nagarajan, General Secretary, All India Bank Officers’ Association, Com. S. K Gautam, Joint Secretary, AIBEA & General Secretary, Punjab Bank Emp. Federation, Com Sanjay Sharma, President, and Com. Mohindru, General Secretary, All India Oriental Bank Officers’ Association, Com Dharm Pal, President, Com Dalip Pathak, General Secretary, Oriental Bank Emp. Union (NZ), Various prominent religious and social activists including large number of officers were present.
On this occasion Vinod Sharma donated Rs 1,00,000/- to Janhit Samiti (Regd.) Patiala out of his superannuation benefits. Com S Nagrajan while addressing appreciated his dedication and commitment with the cause of organisation. Com S K Gautam, in his address lauded the services being rendered in various field of society as well as trade union. Com Gautam termed him as one man institution. Com. Vinod Sharma was also honoured by the district administration in Republic Day Function last year and he was awarded by Chief Minister Capt. Amrinder Singh.
