Transfers: 3 Punjab IAS officers get additional departments; education department gets new secretary

Punjab govt has issued a transfer/posting orders of 3 IAS officers . The govt has distributed the departments of newly appointed chief electoral officer (CEO), Punjab Anandita Mitra, IAS amongst two IAS officers.
