Transfers: Suspended IAS officer gets posting orders after reinstatement

Punjab goverrnment has issued a transfer, posting orders of 1 IAS and 3 PCS officers.
KK Yadav, IAS officer of 2003 batch ,who was suspended along with Jaspreet Singh, IAS on February 8,2026 has been reinstated and gets a new posting orders. The fate of another suspended IAS officer Jaspreet Singh is not immediately known.
“Both the officers are suspended under the provision of rule 3(1) of All India Services (discipline and appeals) rules 1969,” read the orders issued by chief secretary KAP Sinha.
