Tree Plantation in Rajindra Hospital on Shaheedi Diwas

Remembering Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Sukhdev & Shaheed Rajguru, the youth icons of India’s freedom movement, on Shaheedi Diwas, a tree plantation programme was organized in Rajindra Hospital Patiala under Medical College vice Principal Dr. RPS Sibia and Medical Superintendent Dr. HS Rekhi.
Speaking during the programme Dr. Rekhi said the plantation programme as a part of the ongoing Go-Green Drive of the Government of Punjab, is especially dedicated as glowing tributes to these great revolutionaries with involvement of the nursing and para medical staff of the hospital and supported by Punjab State Medical & Dental Teachers Association (PSMDTA).
According to vice Principal Dr. RPS Sibia, for proper growth and care of the huge plantation inside the hospital and college campus, each and every person working here should come forward and take responsibility. Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Vinod Dangwal, Nursing Superintendent Manjit Kaur, nursing matrons, PSMDTA State president Dr. DS Bhullar and Dr. Saryu Gupta of Radio diagnosis department were present during the plantation programme in which 350 samplings were planted today.
