Two blind murders mystery solved by Patiala Police
Patiala-SSP Patiala, Dr S Bhoopati today informed that Punjab Police has cracked the case of two blind murders at Nabha. He further said that Inspector Shaminder Singh, Incharge, CIA Nabha has solved these cases, while arresting 3 persons namely Subham Kumar @ Aman Kumar @ Daglus son of Ram Bachan, R/o Khattra Colony, Nabha, Dist. Patiala, Ranjit Kumar @ Nata son of Ram Chet, R/o Khatra Colony, Nabha, District Patiala, Rohit Kumar @ Chilli son of Mohan Lal R/o Khatra Colony, Nabha, Dist. Patiala on 17.04.2018.
Sunil Murder Case: FIR No. 124 Dated 28.12.2017, U/s 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nabha.
SSP disclosed that in the first case, on 30.11.2011, Monika wife of Rama Kant Pandit Chaturvedi R/o Batta Bagh Colony, Near Haridas Colony, Nabha got lodged a missing report of his son Sunil Kumar aged 25 at Police Station Kotwali Nabha that is missing from 27.11.2017, then on dated 28.12.2017, dead body of Sunil was recovered from Canal near Mehas Canal Bridge, on whose neck, shoes lace was tied and hands were also tied with belt and legs were also tied with shoe laces. On which, FIR No.124 dated 28.12.2017, U/s 302, 201 IPC was lodged at Police Station Kotwali Nabha as per the statement of Monika. To collect clue of the case, one team comprising of Inspector Shaminder Singh, Incharge, C.I.A. Staff Nabha, SI Harinder Singh and ASI Lal Chand was continuously working under the appropriate supervision of Harvinder Singh Virk (Inv.), Patiala. During this, Subham Kumar @ Aman Kumar @ Daglus, Ranjit Kumar @ Nata and Rohit Kumar @ Chilli came under suspicion and during the investigation admitted that on dated 27.11.2017, all three of them, took Sunil Kumar on motorcycle to Canal Bridge Mehas on the pretext of having liquor and murdered him by strangulating him with shoe laces and threw the dead body in the canal with intention to destroy it. The reason behind this murder is that Subham Kumar @ Aman Kumar @ Daglus was having bad eye on the sister of his friend Sunil and Sunil used to raise objection against the same and Daglus used to treat Sunil as obstacle on his way, due to this reason, these three accused under a hatched conspiracy, murdered Sunil.
Roshan Lal @ Tota Murder Case: FIR No. 147 Dated 28.12.2016, U/s 365, Offence added U/s 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nabha.
SSP told that out of these persons, two accused Aman Kumar @ Daglus, Ranjit Kumar @ Nata have disclosed about the murder of one another boy Roshan Lal @ Tota. On interrogation of the same, Shubam Kumar @ Aman Kuamr @ Daglus, Ranjit Kumar @ Nata have admitted that they called Roshan Lal @ Tota to the vacant plots near Khatra Colony Nabha, opposite to Maruti Car Showroom murdered him by strangulating his neck with the help of Parna (Turban piece cloth) and then made him sit on motorcycle by tying his hands and took him to Railway Line Bridge Mehas and threw his dead body on the Railway Line Track to destroy the evidence.
