Under transfer PCS officer again transferred; no posting order given to another officer

Punjab govt has issue a transfer order of already under transfer PCS officer Rubinderjit Singh Brar and posted him at Udaydeep Singh Sidhu’s place.
No posting orders are given to Udaydeep Singh Sidhu, PCS.
