It’s a federal structure in India and centre government is working in co-operation with the state government. While sorting out any issues, we (centre) can’t ignore the state as the state government is the one who is implementing the policies, rules. We think the talk must be held when the state government also come on the board, table.”
He further added that “he has invited the Punjab agriculture minister, agriculture department officials to Delhi to sort out issues.
