Who won the battle of mini parliament of Patiala? Capt or Brahm-suspense continues

Today a battle line was drawn between former chief minister of Punjab Capt Amarinder Singh and local bodies’ minister of Punjab, Brahm Mohindra over the removal of Mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu.
After the meeting both leaders said “I won the battle.” The suspense is still on, who won the battle of prestige?
As per the time given by Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, a general house was called today at 4:00 pm. Councilors who are supporting mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu came in a bus at around 3:00 -3:15 pm. After that local bodies minister Brahm Mohindra along with Improvement Trust Chairman Sant Banga came. Later former chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh along with his daughter Jai Inder came.
Soon after former PRTC chairman KK Sharma, Capt. Amarinder Singh advisor Bharat Inder Singh Chahal came in a SUV . But the police sent them back from the porch of municipal corporation office. A municipal councilor Saroj Sharma , supporting Sanjeev Sharma Bittu is not allowed to enter the corporation office by the administration, citing that she came from USA on November 23, and didn’t go for mandatory quarantine period.
High drama was witnessed before the meeting. Mayor Sanjeev Sharma alleged that some persons in civvies tried to kidnap his two supporting councilors- Vijay Kuka, Atul Joshi as soon as they entered the MC office. On the other hand, senior deputy mayor Yoginder Singh Yogi came and occupied the seat of mayor, as per the directions given to him, to preside over the meeting. Even mayor had arguments with Sant Banga a close confident of Brahm Mohindra, who entered the meeting hall, illegally. The mobile phone of Mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, who was posting videos of the activities inside the meeting hall on his Facebook page, was snatched. Later divisional commissioner Chander Gaind came to preside over the general house, no confidence motion against the mayor.
Then came the time for both the groups to show their numbers. Capt Amarinder Singh supported mayor Sanjeev Sharma Bittu and pooled 25 votes .Brahm Mohindra group managed to pool 36 votes against the mayor Bittu.
Bittu has reportedly refused to resign as government has failed to gather numbers to remove him from the post. As per him he need 21 votes to prove his majority, where as he got 25 votes. So he won the floor test. Both factions claim victory.
Later Brahm Mohindra came outside says that the mayor lost the confidence of the house due to 25 votes while he should have bagged over 30. Mayor stands suspended and till then senior deputy mayor will hold the mayor office,” he said.
After Brahm Mohindra left the venue along with his councilors, Capt Amarinder Singh came and seated the mayor in his office, to show that he won the no confidence motion.
MC office was cordoned off and no outsider, supporters were allowed to enter. Half day was declared for the MC staff.
