World history is repeating with the opening of Kartarpur Sahib Corridor

Is it a coincidence or a destiny? After 30 years, world history is repeating today, on November, 9 when Prime Minister of India Narender Modi is opening the Kartarpur Corridor from India side.  In November 9, 1989 fall of Berlin Wall, that divided Germany into two parts, was happened and making Germany a single country. Today with the opening of Kartarpur Corridor, both India and Pakistan is adding a new chapter. It is the beginning of a new era in the world history.

Berlin Wall fall was a pivotal event in world history which marked the falling of the Iron Curtain. The fall of the inner German border took place shortly afterwards. An end to the Cold War was declared at the Malta Summit three weeks later, and the reunification of Germany took place during the following year.

“With the opening of Kartarpur corridor, the cold war between India and Pakistan may turn into friendship and reunification of India and Pakistan and making of India a great leader in the world” said Gurjit Singh an entrepreneur.

The evening of 9 November 1989 is known as the night the Wall came down. As per the statement of Germans “This 9 November is a historic day. The GDR has announced that, starting immediately, its borders are open to everyone. The gates in the Wall stand open wide”

Today in 2019, the gates were opened for Indians to visit Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan where founder of Sikhism Guru Nanak Dev ji had spent his last 18 years.
