World University organised a special online condolence meet

Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, organised a special online gathering through ‘Zoom Meetings’. During the gathering, a condolence was held to offer prayers of peace for the departed soul of Amarpal Kaur wife of Chancellor of the University, Bhai Gobind Singh Longowal, President, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.
Darbara Singh Guru, Member Secretary, University Trust, in his message said that the sudden demise of Bibi Amarpal Kaur, younger sister of Dr. Inderjit Kaur, Head, Pingalwara, Sri Amritsar Sahib, has caused great loss to the family and he pray to Almighty to give strength to the whole family to follow His will. Reading out the note of condolence, the Vice Chancellor Dr. Prit Pal Singh said that in this hour of grief, all the staff members and students of the University are with Gobind Singh Longowal and his family.
He added that all of them would pray to the Almighty that may the departed soul rest in peace.
