YPS Patiala to meet MNSS Rai in the finals of All India IPSC Cricket Tournament

In the day 2 of All India IPSC Six-A-Side Cricket boys(U-17) Tournament, YPS, Patiala and Moti Lal Nehru Sprts School (MNSS), Rai teams have made to the finals which will be held tomorrow.
In the last league match of the tournament, YPS, Mohali defeated PPS, Nabha by 12 runs. Lakshaya of YPS, Mohali contributed 41 runs to the total of 59 runs. PPS boys retaliated with only 47 runs by losing 4 wickets.
The first semi-final was played between MNSS, Rai and Modern School, New Delhi. Modern School boys elected to bat first and made a score of 49 runs in 5 overs and lost all 6 wickets. In reply, MNSS Rai boys Kaushal (25) and Sachin (19) added to the total of 50 runs and helped winding up the match in just 4 overs. Rajat of MNSS Rai claimed 3 wickets which led his team towards victory by 5 wickets and register a place in final knock out match.
In other semi-final match, host team YPS, Patiala moved ahead to the knock out stage by defeating YPS, Mohali. YPS, Patiala won the match by 4 runs. Patiala boys made 65 runs in 5 overs and lost 5 wickets but Mohali boys could not chase the score and settled at 61 by losing 2 wickets. Gurtej of YPS, Patiala scored maximum 37 runs.
Now, final match will be played between YPS, Patiala and MNSS Rai team tomorrow and the winning team will take the first ever Six-A-Side Trophy back home
