5-Day NITTTR sponsored STP on Motivation, Team Building, and Creativity in Entrepreneurship concludes successfully at MRSPTU

The five-day Short-Term Programme (STP) on “Motivation, Team Building, and Creativity in Entrepreneurship,” sponsored by NITTTR Chandigarh, successfully concluded at Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering & Technology (GZSCCET), Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda.
Jointly organized by NITTTR Chandigarh and the Departments of Textile Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering, the program aimed to enhance participants’ competencies in motivation, creativity, team building, and entrepreneurial skills. The program provided participants with valuable insights and practical strategies for fostering motivation, teamwork, and creativity in entrepreneurial ventures.
The STP featured insightful sessions conducted by renowned experts in the field. Er. Amardev Singh, Assistant Professor, EDIC, NITTTR Chandigarh, delivered comprehensive sessions focusing on motivation, team-building, and creativity in entrepreneurship.
Hitesh Kumar Gulati, Founder of Diversity Ace Business Consulting, Zirakpur, led a session on “Harnessing Cognitive Potential for Entrepreneurial Excellence,” providing valuable insights into the cognitive aspects of entrepreneurship.
Dr. Sanjeev Chaddha, Professor & Head of the Management Development Centre at Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Punjab (Chandigarh), conducted an informative session on “Project Profile Creation for Raising Support from Financial Institutions.”
The sessions were designed to be interactive, incorporating discussions, hands-on activities, and case studies to provide a practical approach to entrepreneurial skill development.
The valedictory session was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Sanjiv Kumar Aggarwal, Campus Director, GZSCCET, MRSPTU, as the Special Guest. The efforts of the coordinators and faculty members were also acknowledged for their role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
The Vice-Chancellor of MRSPTU, Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kansal, praised the ECE and Textile Engineering departments for their outstanding efforts in organizing the STP. He also highlighted the importance of conducting such programs in the future to support the holistic development of faculty, staff, and students.
The STP witnessed active participation from over 25 faculty and staff members. Notable senior faculty members in attendance included Prof. (Dr.) Savina Bansal, Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Bansal, Prof. Reetipal Singh, Prof. Jyoti Rani and Er. Vivek.
5-Day NITTTR sponsored STP on Motivation, Team Building, and Creativity in Entrepreneurship concludes successfully at MRSPTU. The STP was coordinated by Er. Amardev Singh, Assistant Professor, EDIC, NITTTR Chandigarh. Dr. Anupam Kumar (Professor, Textile Engineering and Dean Research & Development), Dr. Neeraj Gill (Head, ECE), and Dr. Sukhjinder Singh (Assistant Professor, ECE) served as local coordinators and co-coordinators, playing a key role in organizing and managing the event successfully. Dr. Sukhjinder Singh conducted the stage very well and presented the vote of thanks.
