Today, on March 19, 2022 ten MLAs took oath of office and secrecy as cabinet ministers in the Bhagwant Mann led Punjab cabinet. Out of these ten, four MLAs are from Majha, five from Malwa and one from Doaba.
Those who took the oath of office and secrecy in the Bhagwant Mann led Punjab cabinet from Malwa are Harpal Singh Cheema (MLA Dirba), Dr Baljit Kaur (MLA Malout), Dr Vijay Singla (MLA Mansa) ,Gurmit Singh Hayer (MLA Barnala) , Harjot singh Bains (Anandpur Sahib MLA). From Majha Harbhajan Singh ETO (Jandiala MLA), Lal Chand Kataruchak (MLA Bhoa), Kuldip Singh Dhaliwal (MLA Ajnala), Laljit Singh Bhullar (MLA Patti) are taking oath.Brahm Shankar Jimpa (MLA Hoshiarpur) are going to be inducted in the Punjab cabinet from Doaba region.

Ajnala MLA Kuldip Singh Dhaliwal is 60 years old, 10th and is in Agriculture profession had defeated his nearest rival Amarpal singh Bonny Ajnala of Shiromani akali dal by 7843 votes.
Anandpur sahib MLA Harjot Singh Bains is 31 years and is an advocate BA,L.LB (Hons.) had defeated his nearest rival Rana kanwar Pal Singh of Congress by 23632 votes.
Bhoa MLA Lal Chand Kataruchak is 51 years, 10th pass and is a social worker had defeated his nearest rival Joginder Pal of Congress by 1204 votes.
Barnala MLA Gurmit Singh Meet Hayer is 32 years and is a B.Tech had defeated his nearest rival Kulwant Singh Keetu of shiromani akali dal by 37622 votes.
Dirba MLA Harpal singh Cheema is a 47 years, a L.LB had defeated his nearest rival Gulzar Singh Moonak of shiromani akali dal by 50655 votes.
Jandiala MLA Harbhajan singh ETO is 53 and is MA (Pol science) and is practicing advocate had defeated his nearest rival Sukhwinder Singh Danny of congress by 25383 votes.
Hoshiarpur MLA Brahm Shankar (Jimpa) is 56 years is 10+2 and is a businessman had defeated his nearest rival Sunder Sham Arora of congress by 13859 votes.
Malout MLA Dr Baljit kaur a 46 years is a MS (Ophthalmology) and is a practicing doctor had defeated her nearest rival Harpreet Singh shiromani akali dal by 40261
Mansa MLA Dr Vijay Singla is 52 years old and is a BDS practicing Dental surgeon had defeated his nearest rival Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala of congress by 63323 votes
Patti MLA Laljit Singh Bhullar is 40 years is 10+2 is an agriculturist, Comm Agent had defeated his nearest rival Adesh Partap Singh Karion of shiromani akali dal by 10999 votes
Punjab has a reservation to make 18 cabinet ministers in 117 MLAs vidhan sabha. Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann has already taken the oath of office and secrecy making it to eleven.
With today ten MLA’s induction in the Punjab cabinet seven minister seats are still vacant and is expected to be filled at the earliest.
