2 senior Punjab IAS officers empanelled for Central posting

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved empanelment of 37 IAS officers for holding posts at the Centre at Secretary/Secretary Eq and Secretary Eq
Out of these, 2 Punjab cadre IAS officers Rakesh Kumar Verma of 1993 batch and Tejveer Singh of 1994 batch are empanelled for holding posts at the Centre at Secretary/Secretary Equivalent level.
Rakesh Verma, IAS is already on central deputation is presently posted as Additional Secretary, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, GOI
Tejveer Singh, IAS is presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Local Government and in addition Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce and in addition Additional Chief Secretary, Promotion of Information Technology Industry and in addition Additional Chief Secretary, Investment Promotion, Govt of Punjab
