Haryana cadre IAS officer on deputation promoted as additional secretary

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved in-situ upgradation of Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS (Haryana:2000), Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to him by temporarily upgrading the post held by him.

He is entitled for holding Additional Secretary/Additional Secretary Equivalent level posts at the Centre.
