In a landmark development in the real estate sector, Inayat Group—already a well-known name not just in Punjab but across North India—today pre-launched its ambitious project, the ‘Kingston Terrace Commercial Hub’, located on Patiala-Sangrur Road.

The pre-launch ceremony was led by Inayat Group’s Managing Director (MD), Sandeep Singh Mann, who was accompained by his wife and daughter, Inayat.

Providing project details, MD Sandeep Singh Mann shared that the ‘Kingston Terrace Commercial Hub’ is a 3.17-acre project approved by both RERA and PUDA. He further announced that several international brands have already partnered with the project, including Haldiram’s, Domino’s, V.W. Mart (which will operate 24/7), a Drive-Thru, Pyramid Club & Restaurant, Basant Ice Cream, and many others.

A major highlight of the project is the creation of the largest children’s gaming zone in the region, covering 14,100 square feet with a height of 24 feet.

Sandeep Singh Mann also shared that this is his first independent project as a sole owner and also mentioned that he obtained all necessary approvals—100% registration, 100% CLU (Change of Land Use), and clearances from RERA and PUDA—before launching the project. Only after securing these approvals  he approached various international brands, showcasing the project and successfully bringing them on board, which has led to today’s pre-launch.

MD Sandeep Singh Mann stated that the primary goal of the Kingston Terrace Commercial Hub is to ensure that residents of Patiala and the wider Malwa region no longer need to travel to cities like Chandigarh, Delhi, or elsewhere for shopping. Instead, they will find all essential amenities and international brands right here, locally.

He emphasized that investors are like family to him, and it is his responsibility to help them grow, as he respects the hard-earned money they invest. He assured that the Kingston Terrace Commercial Hub is a safe and profitable investment, and that the success of the project is directly linked to the investors’ benefit. For this reason, investors hold the highest priority for him.

Kingston Terrace holds strategic importance due to its excellent connectivity to major highways, including the Bharatmala Expressway, Jammu-Katra Expressway, and other critical routes that connect Patiala to Delhi and various prominent regions of India.

As of now, approximately 30–35 vehicles pass along this road every minute, which totals 40,000 to 50,000 vehicles per day.

Additionally, the project benefits immensely from the new Northern Bypass, starting from Dharedi Jattan (Bahadurgarh) and exiting near Passiāna. This bypass enables traffic from Bhawanigarh, Sangrur, Barnala, Bathinda, Fazilka, Dabwali, Hanumangarh, and Sri Ganganagar to travel towards Rajasthan or Chandigarh without entering Patiala city. This increased traffic flow will directly benefit the Kingston Terrace Commercial Hub (Inayat Group).
