Punjab Police Postings- 2 IPS officers back from central deputation; 2 former vigilance SSPs reposted in Vigilance

Punjab government has issued a posting, transfer orders of 4 Punjab police officials.
2 IPS officers of IG rank have been given posting in ANTF and Counter Intelligence wings of Punjab Police. These officers –Kaustubh Sharma and Ashish Chaudhary were on central deputation.
Kaustubh Sharma was on UN Mission at South Sudan since October 1,2023 and Ashish Chaudhary, IPS remained posted as IG, National Investigation Agency since January 22,2023. Now the both officers are back to their parent cadre-Punjab.
Jagatpreet Singh, PPS who is recently re-instated has been once again asked to join the state vigilance bureau. He was suspended when he was posted as SSP, Vigilance Bureau, Ludhiana.
Varinder Singh Brar, PPS, AIG, Provisioning, Punjab has once again been sent to Vigilance Bureau. Earlier too he remained posted as SSP, Vigilance Bureau.
