Dr. Vinod Kumar, Head of the School of Education and Vocation at Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University (JGND PSOU), was conferred a special appreciation by Harjot Singh Bains, Minister for Higher Education, Punjab, at this year’s Republic Day function. This prestigious recognition highlights his outstanding contributions to language, literature, and the field of teaching.
