IMA Patiala President bereaved; father passes away, cremation today

Prof. Surjit Singh Bakshi, father of Dr. Amandeep Singh Bakshi, a renowned orthopaedician, professor at Government Medical College, Patiala, and president of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Patiala, passed away yesterday evening.
The last rites of Prof. Surjit Singh Bakshi will be performed at 2:00 pm on February 16, 2025, at Badungar Cremation Ground, Patiala.
Prof Surjit Singh Bakshi is a renowned Physics teacher of the region. He remained posted at Govt Mohindra College, Patiala. He is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.
