Bela Pharmacy College organises farewell party 2026

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela, celebrated its graduating class with a vibrant farewell event titled “PHARMAVIDA 2026” on campus.
The programme honored pass-out students of the 2026 batch and combined cultural performances, games and awards in an atmosphere of warmth and nostalgia.
The event opened with the traditional lamp lighting and a soulful Saraswati Vandana, setting a respectful tone. A variety of student performances followed, including songs, dances and skits that drew enthusiastic applause from peers and faculty.
Organisers also arranged lively games and team activities specially for the outgoing batch, creating moments of friendly competition and camaraderie. Awards were announced based on participants’ performances.
Rajdeep Singh earned the title of Mr. Fresher while Simran Kaur was named Miss Fresher. The Best Performer award went to Aditya for his standout contribution to the cultural segment.
Delivering the chief remarks, College Director Dr. Shailesh Sharma addressed the gathering with a blend of pride and emotion. He said the farewell was a bittersweet moment: sorrow at seeing students leave, tempered by happiness that they were prepared to serve humanity and the community after completing their course.
Dr. Sharma described the college as a “second home” and assured students they would always be welcomed back. He urged graduates to meet life’s challenges bravely and honestly. Prof. Barsha Deb, programme coordinator, extended thanks to senior and junior students, faculty and staff for organising the well-planned event and ensuring its smooth execution.

The evening concluded on a high note with students enjoying music, refreshments and informal interactions, creating lasting memories as they prepared to embark on the next phase of their professional journeys.
