On 25th Jan.,2018 the Principal, staff and students of Mata Sahib Kaur Khalsa Girls College of Education, Patiala celebrated the 8th National Voter’s Day in the college campus.
On this occasion, Daljit Singh (B.L.O.) and Ranbir Singh (B.L.O.) addressed the students regarding the 8th National Voter’s Day.
College Principal, Dr. Harmeet Kaur Anand welcomed the guests and enlightened about the importance of National Voter’s Day. She motivated the students to use their votes in a right manner so that they can contribute in the selection of a right candidate. College Principal appealed the students that no one among them of the age of 18 should be left without forming his vote. She further said that they should sent this message in their families and localities. Afterwards a college student shared her views on the importance of voting.
On this occasion, Nodal Officer of the college applied online for about ten persons on the portal for making vote. All the guests, staff members and students took oath for using their vote in a right manner. Amarpreet Singh Walia (B.L.O.), all staff members and guests of the locality were present on this occasion.
