World university faculty member Baljeet Kaur made a significant achievement in the field of English literature

Baljeet Kaur, Assistant Professor of Department of English at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, has achieved a significant publication with the famous banner “Routledge Publications”, which is a matter of pride for any scholar, student or teacher of language. Baljeet Kaur informed that she has recently submitted her PhD thesis entitled “Critiquing Existential Feminism: Reading in Women’s Select Autobiographies” at Punjabi University, Patiala under the guidance of Dr. Sangeeta Handa.  She informed that in addition to this, she has accomplished 13 publications at national and international levels and has read papers in more than twelve national and international seminars and conferences.

She told that her research work entitled “Sexuality, Self and Body: Readings in Michele Roberts’ Memoir Paper Houses” has been selected for publication in the form of a chapter by international-level “Routledge Publications” as a part of the book entitled “Writing Gender Writing Self”, edited by renowned scholar, poet, critic and translator Dr. Aparna Langewar Bose. This book is now available on pre-order on Amazon.

World university faculty member Baljeet Kaur made a significant achievement in the field of English literature. Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. Prit Pal Singh congratulated her for her outstanding achievement and said that her achievement in the field of Literature has made the University proud. Dr. Singh said that such teachers serve as a pillar of light for young faculty members and students. He also wished Baljeet Kaur good luck for her future research endeavours.
