Covid-19 update; increasing deaths causes worry in Punjab

As per the health department official’s 1320 positive cases in Punjab, after the release of yesterday’s media bulletin at 8:00 pm. Yesterday 1513 cases was reported .With these 1320 new cases the tally rose to 40643 cases, as per health bulletin released at 8:00 pm today.

Today 45 deaths, are reported in Punjab- 1 each Bathinda, Mansa, Faridkot, Mooga, Nawanshaher, Gurdaspur, Ropar, Tarn Taran, 2 each from Amritsar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ferozepur, 3 from Mohali, 5 from Sangrur, 8 from Jalandhar, 15 from Ludhiana and total deaths tally reaches at 1036
Today 409 patients were discharged in Punjab, and the cured patients tally reaches at 24302. Now15305 cases are still active in Punjab.
