English Debate Competition held at Police DAV Public School, Patiala

The English language is a universal language. In today’s scenario, knowledge of this language is utmost important, Keeping this in mind an English Debate Competition was held at Police DAV Public School, Patiala today. Students of classes IX and X participated in it. They expressed their views on the importance of Games in the school curriculum, whether they should be included or not.  The speakers spoke very well on this topic raising questions to their counterparts, who in return gave satisfactory replies to them. They were adjudged by Ms.Mandeep and Ms.SeemaSharma on the basis of their content confidence pronunciation, fluency etc.

Ashween Kaur and Harleen from class IX were declared winners. Sneha and Bhavneet bagged second position and Simranpreet and Gurleen stood third. Vanshikha was declared as the Best speaker among all.
