New team of IMA Patiala installed; doctors to adopt a village for healthcare facility

Installation ceremony of Indian Medical Association Patiala held today at Hotel Eqbal Inn where Dr. Neeraj Goyal was elected as President, Dr. Nidhi Bansal, Secretary, Dr. Rohit Aggarwal, Treasure, Dr. Harsimran Singh Tuli and Dr. Ashish Gupta elected as vice president for the year 2021. Newly appointed President Dr. Neeraj Goyal thanked all the fellow doctors for giving him the responsibility of IMA and said that they would work diligently to take the entire team together and carry forward the organization. The purpose of his team will be to do everything possible to get rid of the problems faced by the doctors in their procedure. He said that in the coming days, the IMA will adopt a village in which people living in it will be periodically free of charge and given medicines. Similarly, to check the health of the people from time to time, awareness camps will also be set up in city parks. On this occasion, a large number of city doctors were present along with former civil surgeon Dr. Harish Malhotra, Dr. Sudhir Verma, Dr. BM Bhardwaj ,Dr. Balbir Singh, Dr Aslam Parvez etc.
