Early morning cloudburst in Himachal Pradesh

District Emergency Operations Centre (DEOC) Kullu informed an incident of Cloud Burst has occurred Near Village Kayas, (Raysan) Tehsil & District Kullu.
In this incident one person died on the spot and three persons got injuries due to washed away the Vehicle. Police Team on the way to incident site (road is blocked at one point JCB has been deployed for that).
