Teachers Day Celebrated at Police Dav Public School, Patiala
Teachers Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Police DAV Public School Patiala. Students made it special for the teachers by paying regards through beautiful handmade cards and heart warming wishes. Six teachers were honoured for hundred percent results in 12th board exams. Principal Mrs. Meena Thapar congratulated and motivated all others to walk an extra mile for the grooming of students and progress of the school. Later on, a lecture on stress management was arranged for the teachers. A talk on stress management was delivered by Rajni Arora.

Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great pomp and show by the students of GNFPS, Patiala. The stage was Festooned with balloons and banners. Ravi Bhushan an executive member of GNFPS was the guest of honor. A special assembly was conducted. Tiny tots also participated on this occasion. They performed a group song “ We love you teachers” which spellbound the audience. Principal Renu Hanspal also congratulated the staff on this special occasion. A few senior students performed the role of teachers on this day.These students went to classes and taught the students.

On this occasion, a short and sweet cultural program was organized in the school premises in which all the teaching and the non-teaching staff of the school participated whole –heartedly. The teachers day was celebrated in Narain Public School to give tribute to Dr. S. Radha Krishnan. The function was started with a prayer. For entertainment, many activities were organized like musical chair, fun games and antakshri etc. president Avtar Singh Arora, Executive director Shimpy Bajaj, Principal Hema Chopra and junior wing Head Navjeet Kaur were also present and enjoyed the function.
