The School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala has commenced it admission process for its various Post Graduate Management Programmes. The department is offering its prestigious flagship MBA two years program apart from MBA International Business, MBA Dual Degree Programme ( in collaboration with INSEEC, France, One year + One year) and MBA (Hospital & Health Care Management) Programme (Two years). The department offers various specializations in its MBA flagship programme such as Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Information Technology etc.The management programmes and their curriculums have been developed and are continuously updated considering the industry needs and requirements.
School of Management Studies is a renowned Business School in the region and thousands of its alumni have excelled with very successful corporate careers. Dr Navjot Kaur, Professor and Head, School of Management Studies said that due to the difficulties faced by students and the tough times of pandemic and lockdowns, the admission process has been planned this year for the benefit of students.
MBA admission begins at School of Management Studies, Punjabi University campus. The last date for admission is 7th July and with late fees it is 14th July. When asked about the placements, she said that the department is breaking its own previous records of students’ placements. This year 92 percent of the students have got their placements and that too with very good packages in the leading corporate houses. The highest package achieved by the students is Rs 12 Lakhs per annum.
