GNFPS, Patiala Celebrates the 75th.Independence Day

To Commemorate the 75th.Independence Day, Guru Nanak Foundation Public School Patiala organised a series of Interhouse Competitions in the month of August,in which the children participated with full fervour and zeal. Lives of National Heroes were highlighted through ROLE PLAY COMPETITION in which the students from classes 4th and 5th portrayed the great leaders of India’s freedom struggle, enacting and emulating their words with great fervour.
POETRY RECITATION
COOKING WITHOUT FIRE for classes 6th to 12th.also had colors and themes of National Integration.
This allowed the participants to express their patriotic ideals and showcase their talents even in this unprecedented time.
More than 1100 children including teachers and parents participated in the singing and uploading the Rashtragaan under the AZAADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV by The Government of India.
All the children also participated in the celebrations in a special class conducted on 15th.August, 2021 by singing patriotic songs, making and coloring the tricolor, displaying food items and craft work in the colors of patriotism.
Principal Renu Hanspal congratulated the children and the staff members on this Big Day.
