Patiala district administration’s unique initiative; ‘Welcome to Punjab’ will greet the visitors entering Punjab from Ambala

In a unique initiative by Deputy Commissioner Patiala Sakshi Sawhney , a greeting message ‘Welcome to Punjab ‘has been inscribed in both Punjabi and English at the road side at Shambu, (while entering the Punjab from Ambala) in Patiala district National Highway 44.
The message will greet the visitors entering Punjab from Ambala in Haryana. A beautification has also been done on the road side.
DC Patiala Sakshi Sawhney took personal pains and completed the project with the help of national highways authority of India (NHAI) in the stipulated time.
