Punjab’s DC orders residents to not to cover face while driving, walking

Deputy Commissioner Sri Muktsar Sahib, Rahi Dugg has issued orders in the district banning the movement with face covered with mask, cloths.
Deputy Commissioner , Dugg has taken pro-active steps exercising the power conferred upon him under section 144 CrPC to ensure public safety with immediate effect.
DC has ordered that no person would cover his or her face while driving a vehicle or walking on the roads as anti-social elements take advantage by covering their faces after committing a crime and evade arrest.
Those wearing surgical masks due to some disease or allergies would be exempt from this ban order.
