Seven days workshop on Future of Artificial Intelligence concluded at Govt Bikram College

Vocationalisation and Skill Orientation Cell of Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organised a seven day workshop from 26th Sept to 4th October 2023 on the theme of ‘The Future of Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Promising Trends and Potential Applications under the guidance of college Principal Prof (Dr) KusumLata and according to the directions issued by the Department of Higher Education, Punjab under the scheme of ‘Vocationalisation and Skill Orientation program.
The Resource Person for the workshop was Dr Tanvi Jindal,Asst Prof,Chitkara Buisness School, and Chitkara University.She provided valuable insight into key generative AI concepts,hands on practice with Chat GPT ,and other skills required in the AI era.
The college Principal lauded such efforts of the Government for devising such skill oriented programs for the students.She appreciated the hard work and dedication of the Resource Person and also the organiser of the event Dr Rajni Bala for her efforts to make this seven day event successful.
Seven days workshop on Future of Artificial Intelligence concluded at Govt Bikram College. The workshop was attended by 130 students who showed great enthusiasm in learning new things.A Valedictory session was held to deliver certificate to the participants. Gazal Aggarwal ,Nancy Sharma and Shashi Bala proved a great helping hand in organising this seven day workshop .This workshop has proved to be very helpful and received an overwhelming response from the students.
