PSEB JEs Council extends support to Feb 16 nationwide strike; thanks government for accepting demands

Power Junior Engineers & Promoted Engineering Officers working in PSPCL and PSTCL will wear black badges on February 16,2024 to express solidarity with the nationwide general strike call given by Samyukta Kisan Morcha and Joint platform of Central Trade Unions/ Federations / Association against anti-people measures and policies of the Central Government.
Meanwhile Er Paramjit Singh state president and Er Davinder Singh state general secretary expressed gratitude to finance minister, Punjab , power minister Punjab, additional chief secretary, power , CMD, PSPCL and respective authorities from Punjab government and PSPCL as well for granting initial pay @ Rs 19260/- to power junior engineers w.e.f 01-12-2011 and issuance of Finance Circular No 03/2024 dated February 14,2024. Council leadership alos thanked the power junior engineers and promoted engineering officers for their continuance support during struggle in the past three years which culminated in this remarkable achievement.
