Mechanical Engineering Department of Punjabi University will conduct international conference in the month of March

An international conference is being organized on 11-12 March, 2024 by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Punjabi University, Patiala.
The theme of this first international conference is “Advances in Mechanical and Sustainable Engineering”. Conveners of the conference, Professor Khushdeep Goyal and Dr. Harvinder Singh Dhaliwal said that this conference will be held through online mode.
In this two-day International Conference, Dr. Harpreet Singh, Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar will be the Chief Guest on March 11, 2024 while Dr. Gurmeet Kaur, Dean Faculty of Engineering will grace the occasion as Guest of Honour.
Eminent personalities, namely, Dr. Gulshan Kumar from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Dubai; Dr. Amrik Singh, Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology and Dr. Jasdeep Bhinder, Post Doctorate, Mechanical Engineering from Canada will be the keynote speakers.
Co-convener-cum-coordinator, Dr. Chandan Deep Singh informed that a unique feature of this conference is that all organisers and resource persons are rendering their services on free of cost basis and likewise, no fees is being charged from the participants.
Conference Secretary, Dr. Davinder Singh said that the last date for submitting papers in this International Conference has been set as February 20, 2024 and so far, many dozens of research papers have been received by the peer review committee.
For this international conference, the co-coordinators are Dr. Baljinder Ram, Dr. Talwinder Singh, Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Dr. Hemant Kumar and Dr. Charanjit Singh.
