Govt extends Punjab cadre IPS officer’s foreign term

Government of India has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of tenure of foreign assignment of Kaustubh Sharma, IPS (PB:2001) as Deputy Police Commissioner (D-1 level) with United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan for a further period of one year beyond 30/09/2024 and up to 30/09/2025.
